Terms and Conditions
1. A non-refundable retainer of 50% is required to secure the booking. Remaining payment is due 72 hours prior to event date. We accept Venmo, Zelle or credit cards.
2. We will set up and be ready at the scheduled start time for your picnic. Breakdowns will take place 15 minutes after sunset or scheduled end time for picnic.
3. You can bring your own food and drinks or you can order directly from our preferred vendors. The company cannot supply alcoholic drinks. Please be aware that consumption of alcohol in public parks and beaches is not permitted.
4. All rental items are property of the company. Client must remain with set up at all times. Any damages or missing items will be charged at the replacement cost.
5. Company is not liable for injuries or accidents during the event.
6. In case of rain — If rain is predicted on the day of the picnic, we will work with the client to reschedule the picnic for a future date.
This determination will be made 48 prior to the time and date of the picnic.
